14k White Gold Round Cut .78ctw NATURAL DIAMOND STUD SCREW BACK earrings.  They measure 5mm wide with the main stone measuring 4.5mm approximately .40ct each.  Stunning Sparkle.  

Beautiful piece!!   Normal wear, nicks and scuffs may be seen.  Otherwise shiny, details are smooth. Seems sturdy.   The gold has a shiny finish.  The earrings are stamped on the backs and have been tested for metal purity. See all photos as they are part of the description.
